10KV oil immersed transformer is a new type of 10KV oil immersed transformer with amorphous metal as core material. (1) low voltage winding of 10KV oil immersed transformer, except for small capacity of copper conductor, is usually made of copper foil winding cylinder structure; high voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure, so that the ampere distribution of winding is balanced, magnetic leakage is small, mechanical strength is high, and short circuit resistance is strong. (2) the iron core and winding have adopted fastening measures respectively. The height of the device and the fastening parts of the low voltage lead wire are provided with self locking nuts, and the structure of non suspending core can withstand the tremor of transportation.
(3) the coil and core are vacuum dried, and the 10KV oil immersed transformer oil is vacuum filtered and oiled. The moisture inside the 10KV oil immersed transformer decreases to a lower level.
(4) the oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which has a breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil due to temperature change. So the product has no oil storage tank, which obviously reduces the height of 10KV oil immersed transformer. (5) as the corrugated sheets replace the oil conservator, the 10KV oil immersed transformer oil is isolated from the outside, which effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and water and leads to the decrease of insulation performance.

10KV oil immersed transformer oil pillow is mounted on the oil tank of the 10KV oil immersed transformer (corrugated tank), and there is a pipe sealed by glass. It is called "explosion-proof tube". It is to prevent the 10KV oil immersed transformer from malfunctioning, the oil temperature rapidly increases and the volume expands rapidly. 10KV oil immersed transformer tank (corrugated tank) is filled with oil, but the oil in the 10KV oil immersed transformer can not be full. When the oil tank is short of oil, the oil in the oil pillow will flow down the pipeline and replenish it into the oil tank, so that it will keep full oil. At the same time, when the load of the 10KV oil immersed transformer increases, the oil temperature increases, the 10KV oil immersed transformer oil expands, and the fuel tank will not fall down, it will flow upward along the pipeline and return to the oil pillow. 10KV oil immersed transformer oil tank (corrugated tank) cooling oil inside, there is a tube shape. The vertical design of 10KV oil immersed transformer tank (corrugated oil tank) is designed to make cooling oil depend on its own density change (due to temperature change) to form convection and improve heat dissipation efficiency.
The code for the performance of 10KV oil immersed transformer in China is as follows: above S7 type, the no-load loss is reduced by about 10%, and the code "7" adds "1" on the number. From the development of S7 to S9, the load loss is reduced more, with an average of 25%. Later, because there are no breakthroughs in new materials, new technologies and new technologies, the load loss of 10KV oil immersed transformers is more difficult to decline, so the code of performance level usually decreases with no-load loss as the standard. Take 400kVA products as an example, S7 no load loss 920W, no-load loss 570W, decreased by 38%.
At present, the mainstream 10KV oil immersed transformers usually use laminated core power 10KV oil immersed transformers. The structure of full oil sealed type, no oil storage tank and corrugated box structure, and the change of oil temperature and volume caused by the change of temperature and load of 10KV oil immersed transformer are completely regulated by corrugated oil tank. Its no-load loss is 25% lower than that of S9. It has strong lightning resistance and short circuit resistance, and has obvious energy saving effect. It also reduces the external size of 10KV oil immersed transformer. The 10KV oil immersed transformer is made of high magnetic orientation silicon steel sheet. The slice thickness is 0.27-0.30mm, the unit iron loss is 1w/kg, and the new S9 type is ordinary silicon steel sheet, the slice thickness is 0.30-0.35mm, and the unit iron loss is 1.20-1.55w/kg.
